AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF JACKSON COUNTY TO CONTRIBUTE ANNUALLY AN AMOUNT NOT EXCEEDING $2,000.00 TO THE KEEP AMERICA BEAUTIFUL ORGANIZATION; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Jackson County may contribute annually, from any available funds, a sum of money not exceeding Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) to the Keep America Beautiful Organization in order to assist the organization's telephone directories recycling program.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
